Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability.

The ADS has secured these special hotel rates (which are normally above $200 per night). We encourage our members to reserve early since the month of July is a high season for San Francisco and hotels get filled very quickly.

Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently at 14%)

ADS rates apply three days pre and post meeting dates, subject to availability.

ADS is guaranteed a minimum of 200 “double-beds” rooms during the time of the meeting.

Early Departure Fee is waived for ADS.
